have problem when build android with 32bit window

i got the error code whey i try to put command ionic cordova platform add android

and show error

Cannot find module ‘E:\papp\ap\customlistingapp_v1-4-2\myapp\node_modules\cordova-res\bin\cordova-res

How i resolve it?

and i try to do with cordova platform add android it work, but app not working got error with conection refush localhost
